I'm Troy Tritschler, the founder and owner of Defiance Cyclery. When you come to Defiance Cyclery you speak with me. I take your personalized service to heart, one customer at a time, each and every day.
I was born and raised in Missouri, but lived in Denver for a few years as a small boy. While in college, I took a job at the local bike shop and became hooked. In 1993 I returned to Colorado - this time to Glenwood Springs - and have been here ever since. With over 30 years of experience in the bicycle retail industry, there is no job too large or too small for me to help you with, whether it be a flat tire or a fitting for a new custom bicycle.
